The inspection is valid for 60 days. If the vehicle is not returned within 60 days after the inspection, a second inspection is required and will be charged to the lessee. However, the first inspection is complimentary.

Below are three options for submitting your insurance documents and what you need.
In order to update your account we need a copy of the full insurance policy outlining all coverages and requirements. For information on our requirements, please see our FAQs about insurance. The wallet-sized slips are not sufficient.
With insurance tracking letter
If you have received an insurance tracking letter from Van Wagenen (a.k.a. Insurance Service Center), you can upload them directly through their portal. This method is the fastest.
You will need:
- The reference number located at the top right of the insurance tracking letter.
- A digital and legible copy of the full insurance policy outlining coverages and requirements ready to upload, not the wallet-sized slip.
